UrImagine (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates UrImagine, an online AI creative studio at https://urimagine.com/. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use our website and services.

2. Information we collect

Account information — When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. We may also store your credit balance, subscription plan, and the date you last received daily free credits.

Content you provide — To run generations, you may upload images and videos, enter text prompts and instructions, and optionally provide masks. We store this content and related outputs in our systems (see Section 4).

Usage and transaction data — We log generation jobs (status, model tier, credits charged, timestamps, error messages), credit transactions (grants, debits, refunds), and payment order references linked to your account.

Payment information — Subscriptions and credit purchases are processed by PayHere. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. PayHere provides us with payment status, order identifiers, and subscription references needed to credit your account.

Technical data — We automatically collect information typical of web applications, such as IP address, browser type, device information, session identifiers, and server logs. We use essential cookies and session storage to keep you logged in and secure your requests.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate you;
• Process AI generation requests and deliver results;
• Track credits, apply daily free credits, and handle billing through PayHere;
• Display your gallery, queue, and generation history;
• Prevent abuse, enforce our terms, and protect the security of the service;
• Improve reliability, fix errors, and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI processing and third-party services

UrImagine relies on third-party infrastructure to operate. When you submit a generation request, your uploads, prompts, and related metadata may be transmitted to and processed by:

• AI providers (e.g. Novita and similar APIs) — to run image editing, text-to-image, animation, and video generation;
• Cloud storage (Cloudflare R2 or compatible object storage) — to store uploads and generated outputs;
• PayHere — to process payments and recurring subscriptions.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We select providers that we believe offer appropriate safeguards, but their handling of data is also governed by their policies.

5. Storage and retention

Account and transaction records are kept for as long as your account is active and as needed for billing, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Uploaded media and generated outputs are stored so you can access them in your gallery unless you delete your account or we remove content under our policies.

We may retain anonymised or aggregated data that cannot reasonably identify you. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

6. Legal bases (where applicable)

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions, we process personal data on bases including: performance of our contract with you (providing the service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), and consent where required (e.g. when you accept this policy at registration).

• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based;
